Warranties

Every new product comes with a minimum of 12 months warranty and sometimes even 24 or 36 months. With the exception of highly user-sensitive items such as projection lamps or ink, different warranty periods apply and are indicated with the product.

Exceptions are used, refurbished, second-hand and consumables, these products often have an adjusted warranty period, which is indicated in the product information on the website.
